In the darkest days of the Meconian Empire, tyranny reigned throughout the land until a glimmer of hope arrived - the son of a blacksmith and a stay-at-home mum, a man of unwavering determination: Krod Mandoon (Sean Maguire), the last great hope in the struggle against the evil ruler, Chancellor Dongalor (Matt Lucas).
To assist in the great fight, Krod has assembled a band of remarkably ineffectual freedom fighters: Aneka (India de Beaufort), the beautiful Pagan warrioress whose weapon of choice is sex; Loquasto (Steve Speirs), the oafish servant with bad aim; Zezelryck (Kevin Hart), the young warlock whose greatest magical gift is spinning a line; and Bruce (comedian Marques Ray), bereaved lover of Krod's late mentor General Arcadius.
Together, they must overcome a myriad of obstacles in their quest to save the world, including name-calling, hired assassins and bad hair days. Will they succeed?

There is hope, however, in the shape of Mechanical Angel Aquarion. Powered by three souls intertwined, a rare breed of pilot takes the controls. Known as Elements, one among them must rise if mankind is to survive. Prophecy is being fulfilled as the end of the world approaches and through a swirling cloud of love, betrayal, loss and destiny, the last hope for the new future arrives and takes flight.

Since his Perrier Newcomer-nominated debut show - Rhod Gilbert’s 1984, Rhod has been haunted by critics describing him as a ‘serial fantasist of ex-prime ministerial proportions’. So Rhod decided to abandon his fictional tales of Llanbobl, and try living in the real world for once in Rhod Gilbert and the Award-Winning Mince Pie, for which he received a nomination for the highly coveted if.comedy ‘best comedy show’ award in Edinburgh 2008.
Rhod’s mince pie experience starts at a service station somewhere in the UK at around 2.40am. He finds himself aggressively demanding to know more about an ‘award-winning mince pie’ on display in the corner. Suddenly aware of what he is doing, Rhod is forced to acknowledge that he may be having a very mild nervous breakdown. How did it come to this? He doesn’t even like mince pies.
Filmed earlier this year at the Bloomsbury Theatre over two sold out dates, this DVD tells the slightly ridiculous story of how one mince pie broke the camel’s back.
The DVD includes a Llanbobl featurette, the fictional Welsh town which forms the basis of most of his stand-up. Plus Rhod’s hilarious ‘luggage rant’, which is one of the hottest stand-up clips on YouTube - attracting almost 4.5million views.

Russell Brand's first live DVD in two years will feature fresh stand up material inspired by the Sachsgate scandal, including Brand’s first hand experience of the media storm that followed his actions with Jonathan Ross on the BBC Radio 2 show.
From death threats to being likened to Harold Shipman, Brand rolls out 60 minutes of sharp material and slams some of the more extreme public reactions to ‘that’ phone call - “send them to Afghanistan!” The lively set, recorded during his sell out UK wide ‘Scandalous’ tour, rolls out two hours of boundary pushing, fantastically original material, confronting ideas that others would never dream of voicing.
Brand dissects his stellar rise to Hollywood fame, lives up to his notorious reputation by flirting with the audience and offers amusing animated sex tips. He pokes fun at his trademark style, defending his leggings as “Testostertrousers” and offers hysterical anecdotes about Tim Westwood and Helen Mirren.
His stateside experience of hosting the MTV Video Music Awards in 2008 is also a source of material for Brand as he infamously offended American viewers by calling U.S. President George W. Bush a “retarded cowboy fella”. Quickly realising he had to abandon his original script and present off the top of his head, Brand saves many of the original jokes for the DVD and delivers them with eloquence.

In this laugh-out-loud comedy, Ford High’s star football players Shawn Colfax and Nick Brady scheme to ditch football camp so they can spend the summer surrounded by beautiful girls… at cheer camp. The guys are having the time of their lives as they use their new reputation as “sensitive guys” to talk the hotties into skinny dipping, cheering naked, and hooking up. McNeal, at first, begins to fake his visions, but then real ghosts present themselves.
They attack him and carve words in his flesh, and these wordsform the rest of the stories, stories written on a literal, living Book of Blood.
The movie is directed by John Harrison and stars Jonas Armstrong (BBC’s Robin Hood) Sophie Ward (Heartbeat) and Clive Russell (Made of Honour).

Back in 1960 when rock ’n’ roll was king, shy and stuttering teddy boy Johnny ‘Flick’ Taylor (Hugh O’Conor) wanted one thing... to dance with Sally Martin (Julia Foster), the girl of his dreams. However, Johnny’s dream turns into a nightmare when he is bullied and beaten on the dance floor by Sally’s boyfriend Creeper and in the mayhem that follows he then finds himself at the centre of a murder.
Panicking, he flees the scene of the massacre but his car veers off the road and into the river, sending Johnny to a watery grave.
Forty years later, a mysterious pirate radio station playing the sounds of the Fifties awakens Johnny from the dead and as he drives through the night in his spectral motorcar, he realises he is now a monster in search of lost emotions.
To him the modern world looks just as it did in the 1950s and he soon finds himself returning to the only place he ever called home … his mother’s flat.

The battle of the sexes just got bloody in the outrageously funny comedy-horror, Doghouse, from award-winning director Jake West (Evil Aliens).
Doghouse stars Danny Dyer (The Football Factory, Severance) and BAFTA Award-winner Noel Clarke (Adulthood, Kidulthood).
Danny is handling his divorce badly. His mates drag him off for a boys’ weekend in the country, but what was supposed to be a simple, boozy getaway quickly goes horribly wrong.
The boys find themselves holidaying in a village overrun by psychotic, homicidal women who have fallen victim to an airborne toxin that has turned them into man-hating zombies and seven of these deranged women, each with an axe or two to grind, are stalking the streets.
Somewhere out there are dozens more. Maybe hundreds…

Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen) is a bachelor in paradise, complete with Malibu beach house, overpaid job and a very active dating life. Then his uptight brother Alan (Jon Cryer), in the throes of a divorce, moves in - and brings his 10-year-old son Jake (Angus T. Jones) with him. Sorry, Charlie. It looks like paradise lost.
Is the Malibooty call over? In Season Six, a smart, independent brunette named Chelsea (Jennifer Bini Taylor) may finally have turned party-boy Charlie into a man. The kind of man who brings you tea when you're sick, or sleeps over at your place, even if he can't watch TV in bed.
Jake locks lips with the cute girl next door, the one whose football-star dad is named Mad Dog. Judith (Marin Hinkle) prepares for a midlife baby, who may end up looking a lot like Alan, and Alan dates his receptionist, and then ends up in bed with her frisky mum. Life's a beach in Season Six!
