The fourth season finds the intrepid traveller’s world dominated by the Kromagg Dynasty and the cloud that Quinn finds himself under, when captured, has a silver lining in the form of reuniting him with his mother. Quinn’s mother tells him that he is adopted and from a parallel universe - the same place from which the Kromagg’s originated.

Quinn manages to escape with the help of his fellow travellers and together they embark on a journey that could finally lead them home - the search to find Quinn’s biological brother. Quinn believes that he holds the key to the team’s home universe.

The crew locate Quinn’s brother - Colin (Charlie O’Connell - Dude Where’s My Car?) in another dimension. Colin explains that his parents sent both Quinn and himself to separate worlds in order to protect them after the family home came under attack by the Kromaggs. With an equal desire to bring down the Kromaggs - Colin joins forces with the Sliders in search of his birth parents.

Together the team hope the parents will have answers to defeating the Kromaggs and finding home.

The Backwoods: It’s summer 1978: Norman and Lucy are an English couple who are going through a difficult patch in their relationship, and so decide to spend the summer with their friend Paul in the north of Spain. Very much off the beaten track, their friend’s house seems ideal for a peaceful holiday. But their tranquil summer turns to horror when they discover a girl with horribly deformed hands locked away in a cabin in the woods. Cartoon genius Hanna-Barbera’s hip, super-cool and effec-tu-al Top Cat bounds onto DVD with his laugh out loud antics as he tricks, teases and outwits Officer Dibble.

Top Cat is the leader of the gang and his right hand men consist of Benny the Ball (a short, chubby, naïve and cute cat who is slow... not stupid), Choo Choo (he is the tallest of all the alley cats), Brain is the dim-witted member, who really struggles to keep a secret, Fancy Fancy (laid-back, sweet-talking and is always chatting up the ladies) and Spook (the servant of the gang who is also a pool shark).

Join these alley cats as they menace the streets of New York City in six classic episodes.

Episodes include Rafeefleas, where the cats spend a night in the Modern Museum of Ancient Art, and Benny leaves with a priceless Egyptian Scarab which he thinks is a bauble. Top Cat offers it to Fancy Fancy to charm the ladies, but soon after the gang realise it is a genuine Jewel, they try to sneak it back to the museum where they get caught by Officer Dibble!

In the episode The Long Hot Winter Top Cat and the gang finagle their way to spend the night in Dibble’s apartment, where they repay him by moving him out onto the fire escape as he sleeps. Dibble is furious and evicts the gang, so Top Cat calls a magazine to tell them of Dibble’s noble-hearted campaign to save unfortunate cats from a freezing alley. When a reporter arrives at the door, Dibble is forced to let the cats stay there until spring.

Adapted from the best-selling manga series that has spawned two OVAs, two animated feature films, a rock musical, and numerous video games, the five-disc DVD release of Bleach: Complete Series 1 Box Set features all of the supernatural action from the first series.

Meet Ichigo Kurosaki, an ordinary 15-year-old high school student who, for as long as he can remember, has been able to see and communicate with the spirits of the recently departed. His day-to-day life has remained largely unaffected by his uncanny ability, but his fate takes an extraordinary turn when he meets Rukia Kuchiki, a female Soul Reaper and emissary of the Soul Society.

A race of supernatural beings normally invisible to humans, Soul Reapers have two main tasks: firstly, to lead normal spirits, or Wholes, to the peaceful hereafter of the Soul Society; and secondly, to seek out and exorcise evil spirits known as Hollows, who feed on the souls of both the living and the dead.

When a Hollow attacks Ichigo's two sisters, Rukia is instinctively drawn to Ichigo's high level of spiritual energy and steps in to help. During the clash Rukia is injured by the Hollow and, unable to fight on, attempts to transfer a portion of her Soul Reaper powers to Ichigo so that he can defeat the demon on her behalf. However, having underestimated Ichigo's innate supernatural strength, she accidentally releases all her power and transforms him into a complete Soul Reaper.

Now, having finally discovered his true calling, Ichigo teams up with Rukia and pledges to protect the living and the dead from evil no matter what the cost.

To make ends meet Chris takes a job as a cleaner in a bank where he becomes lured into a heist. In return for ‘playing lookout’, sinister crook Gary (Matthew Goode, Match Point) and his sexy sidekick Luvlee (Isla Fisher, The Wedding Crasher) promise to free Chris from his miserable existence - but nothing is as straightforward as it appears.

Dependent on his notebook and roommate to help him remember what to do, Chris has to write reminders of events and people just to get through the day. Wide open to exploitation, he quickly becomes a pawn in Gary and Luvlee’s plan. But what if Chris clocked onto the fact he’s being used and even attempted to stop the robbery?

Written and directed by Hollywood heavyweight Scott Frank (Minority Report, Get Shorty) and produced by Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum (Memoirs of a Geisha, Unbreakable), this smart, gripping thriller is really brought to life by knock out performances from the entire cast.

To celebrate the release of I am Legend on DVD, we have five copies of the 2-disc special edition up for grabs for www.sci-fi-online.com readers.

Set in New York City, I Am Legend follows the struggle of Robert Neville - a brilliant army virologist who believes he is the last human survivor on earth following the spread of a man-made and incurable virus.

While most of the population perished when the contagious superbug took hold, a small number of people transformed into vile vampire-like mutants - The Infected, a breed of vicious and bloodthirsty monsters, bearing no human resemblance, who fear the light.

Three years since the demise of civilisation, Neville finds himself in a race to discover a cure to save humanity by experimenting on his own immune blood to reverse the effects, while dealing with consistent loneliness and isolation.

As The Infected begin to focus their attentions on Neville, a cure is looking less and less likely with every trial. How long can he continue his grueling daily regime of sending out desperate radio messages in the hope of making contact with other survivors?

More importantly, alone and isolated, how long can he preserve his sanity and how will it all end? Prepare for exhilarating and heart pounding viewing as Neville struggles to keep The Infected at bay.
